Once you have collected your luggage, a representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign board displaying a2btransfers/agent name on it. They will collect all clients that have booked a shuttle service and escort you to the bus. On departure, please wait outside the hotel/location reception until the driver arrives displaying a sign with the agent name/a2btransfers on it.

Private Taxi Transfers
If you have booked a private transfer you will always be met by a driver who is holding an a2btransfers sign. On departure please wait outside the accommodation, until the driver arrives displaying a sign with the agent name/a2btransfers on it.

In the unlikely event that you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) and a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialing code must be dialed, but if calling from a land line there is no need for the code)
