If you have booked a private transfer you will always be met by a driver who has an a2btransfers sign with your name clearly displayed. On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.
In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) where a representative will help you.(If calling from a mobile, the international dialing code must be dialed. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Please call the local agent on the number listed below, 24 hours in advance of departure date to arrange your pick up time and location (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday.
