Shuttle Transfers & Private Transfers
Once you have collected your luggage a representative will be waiting at the airport information desk next to the arrivals exit (on the left side) with a sign board displaying a2btransfers/Rosenov or a sign with your name on it. They will collect all clients that have booked a shuttle service and escort you to the bus.
On departure please wait outside the hotel/location reception until the driver arrives displaying a sign with Rosenov/a2btransfers on it.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please the agent's emergency number on the voucher where a representative will help you.(If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Return Confirmations
Please call the local representative on the number advised below, 24-48 hours in advance of departure date to arrange your pick up time and location (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday.
