On Arrival in Toulouse, Bordeaux, Lourdes, Pau
On arrival at these airports you will enter the baggage reclaim area. When you have received your baggage please locate your driver. He/she will be holding a Sea-Lifts sign with your name on it in the arrivals hall. If your driver is not waiting already he/she should be with you 20 minutes after your flight is scheduled to land.

If you make any changes to your holiday accommodation or return flight
home, you must inform us asap and no later than 72 hours prior to your
planned departure so we can update your transfer details.

Please call 24 hours prior to your departure to confirm your transfer.
Your departure time from resort will be shown on your confirmation. If we have reason to believe that your transfer time will be shorter or longer we will contact you to rearrange the pick up time.
