Shuttle Transfers and Direct Transfers
Once you have collected your luggage a representative/driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign board displaying a2bTransfers/Canarias Europa on it. They will collect all clients who have booked a shuttle service and escort you to the bus.
On departure, please wait outside the hotel/location reception until the driver arrives displaying a sign with Canaries Europa/a2btransfers on it.

Private Taxi Transfers
If you have booked a private transfer you will always be met by a representative/driver who is holding an a2btransfers/Canarias Europa sign.
On departure please wait outside the accommodation, until the driver arrives displaying a sign with agent name/a2btransfers on it.

In the unlikely event that you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) and a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled, but if calling from a land line there is no need for the code)

Return Pick Up Confirmation
Return transfer pick-up time should be confirmed between 24-48 Hours before departure (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfer by the Friday.
Please call the local number below during offices hours and get the pick up time from the ground agent.
