Shuttle and Minibus Transfers
After claiming baggage, you are requested to visit Satrans Airport Shutte loacted outsite the termnial gate and give the Representative your voucher and confirmation information.

Private Taxi Transfers
On arrival look for the driver who will be waiting at the baggage claim area with a sign board with your name on.
On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) where a representative will help you. (Please only use a landline for this as the number will not work from an overseas mobile.)

Return Confirmations
Return transfers should be confirmed 24 Hours before departure (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday. Please use contact details as specified on voucher for your local representative.
