Once you have collected your luggage a representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign board displaying a2btransfers/ACS – Salzburg on it. They will collect all clients that have booked a shuttle service and escort you to the bus.
On departure, please wait outside the hotel/location reception until the driver arrives displaying a sign with a2btransfers/ACS – Salzburg on it.

Private Transfers (Taxis, Minibuses and Coaches)
If you have booked a private transfer you will always be met by a driver who is holding an a2btransfers sign.
