Shuttle Transfers
For shuttle service from/to Rome Fiumicino airport:
Leaving customs you will be met by a Rep holding a signboard with your name on it. If no Rep is at arrivals please go to the "WELCOME DESK MEMBERS COTAV/FIAVET SHUTTLE GROUP" in arrivals terminal B (in front of the brown column meeting point). You will be directed to your shuttle.

For shuttle service from/to Rome Ciampino airport:
Leaving customs please go towards the exit doors. You will be met by a Rep holding a sign with Your Name/a2btransfers. Please give your booking confirmation to the representative.

Unfortunately some central areas in medieval and old parts of the inner city have very narrow passages that sometimes might prevent us to drop off/pick up passengers just in front the hotel. In these cases the drop off/pick up is made within very closed walking distance. For shuttle transfer from hotel to airport clients should consider a 15 minutes pick up window as bus may be slightly delayed in collecting other clients.

Private Taxi Transfers
If you have booked a private transfer you will always be met by a driver who is holding an a2btransfers sign.
On departure please wait outside the accommodation, until the driver arrives displaying a sign with agent name/a2btransfers on it.

In the unlikely event that you should have difficulty in locating your driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) and a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialing code must be dialed, if calling from a land line there is no need for the code)

Return Pick Up Confirmation
Return transfer pick-up time should be confirmed, by phoning the agent on the number below, between 24-48 Hours before departure (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfer by the Friday.
