Shuttle Transfers and Direct Transfers
Once you have collected your luggage a representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign board displaying the local agent's name on it. They will collect all clients that have booked a shuttle service and escort you to the bus.
On departure, please wait outside the hotel/location reception until the driver arrives displaying a sign with the suppliers name on it. The driver will pick clients up 15 minutes before or after scheduled pick up time. Therefore it is necessary to be ready for departure from your accommodation at least 15 minutes in advance and to be prepared for possibility that the driver may also arrive up to 15 minutes late.

Private Taxi Transfers
If you have booked a private transfer you will always be met by a driver who is holding a sign with your name on it. On departure please wait outside the accommodation, until the driver arrives displaying a sign with the suppliers name on it.

In the unlikely event that you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) and a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled, but if calling from a land line there is no need for the code)

Return Pick Up Confirmation
Return transfer pick-up time should be confirmed between 24-48 Hours before departure (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfer by the Friday.
