Private Taxi Transfers
If you have booked a private transfer you will always be met by a driver who is holding a sign with your name on it.
On departure please wait outside the hotel/location reception until the driver arrives displaying a sign with your name on it.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number listed below where a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Return Confirmations
Departure details will be confirmed upon the arrival. Please, note that return transfers should be reconfirmed 48 hours before departure ( between 09:30 - 18:00) on the office phone number written below. The emergency phone line could not be used for return confiramtions. (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday.
