Arrival Procedures: San Francisco Intenational Airport (SFO)
Note to Passengers: On arrival, after collecting your luggage, please call Go Bayporter Express on 1-877-467-1800 or 415-467-1800 or 510-864-4000.
Vans are not allowed to park outside terminal buildings. It is necessary to call Go Bayporter Express for pickup. You will be directed to the correct boarding location at the airport.
You must make sure you get into a Go Bayporter Express vehicle.

Arrival Procedures: Oakland International Airport (OAK)
Terminal 1: Located on the third traffic island. Use crosswalk in front of United Airlines and proceed to Shelter 4B marked “Door-to-Door Reservations”.
Terminal 2: Located on the third traffic island. Proceed to Shelter 4G marked “Door-to-Door Reservations”.
You must make sure you get into a Go Bayporter Express vehicle.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call 415-467-1800 where a representative will help you. (Please only use a landline for this as the number will not work from an overseas mobile.)
