Shuttle Transfers and Direct Transfers (Shared Transfers)
Once you have collected your luggage a representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign board displaying the local agent's name on it. They will collect all clients that have booked a shuttle service and escort you to the bus.
On departure, please wait outside the hotel/location reception until the driver arrives displaying a sign with the local agent's name on it.
Private Taxi Transfers
If you have booked a private transfer you will always be met by a driver who is holding a sign with your name on it.
On departure please wait outside the accommodation, until the driver arrives displaying a sign with the agent's name on it.
In the unlikely event that you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call +49 173 614 0308 where a representative will assist you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled, but if calling from a land line there is no need for the code)
Return Pick Up Confirmation
Please call +49 173 614 0308, 24–48 hours before departure date to arrange your pick up time and location (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday.
