After you have retrieved your luggage, proceed to the Go Airport Shuttle New Orleans Ticket Desk, located across from baggage claim areas 3, 6 and 12.

After you have retrieved your luggage, proceed to the Go Airport Shuttle New Orleans Ticket Desk, located across from baggage claim areas 3, 6 and 12.
On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.
In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) where a representative will help you. (Please only use a landline for this as the number will not work from an overseas mobile.)
Return Confirmations
Return transfers should be confirmed 24 Hours before departure by phoning 1-504-522-3500 (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday. Please use contact details as specified for your local representative.
