Shuttle Transfers
Once you have collected your luggage a representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign board displaying your name on it, an envelope with information and contact numbers will be given to clients on arrival. They will collect all clients that have booked a shuttle service and escort them to the bus.

Private Taxi Transfers
If you have booked a private transfer you will always be met by a driver who has a sign with your name clearly displayed.

On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) where a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Return Confirmations
Return transfers should be confirmed 24 Hours before departure (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday. Please use contact details as specified on voucher for your local representative.
