Shuttle Transfers
Once you have collected your luggage a representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign board displaying Travco Travel/your name. They will collect all clients, assist them through customs and then escort them to the bus.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure you have your booking confirmation with you.

Private Taxi Transfers
If you have booked a private transfer you will always be met by a driver who has a sign with your name clearly displayed.

On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call (+20) 012 243 0919 and a representative will assist you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Return Confirmations
Please call (+20) 095 228 2161, 24–48 hours before departure date to arrange your pick up time and location (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday.

Visa assistance
Upon your arrival the representative will help you with the visa issue and fees at customs, this money is payable locally.
