Shuttle Transfers and Private Transfers
After collecting your luggage, please pass by the automatic door to the outside. There you will find our representative or the transfer driver with a sign with your name/a2btransfers on it.
In case you have any kind of difficulty finding the correct person, please contact us at the FS Group help desk located on the right hand side or use the emergency number listed below to call us.
They will collect all clients that have booked a shuttle service and escort you to the bus.

On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.

Return Confirmations
Return transfers should be confirmed 48-Hours before departure. If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday. Please use the contact details as specified below.
Please note that check-in for departure flights open 2 hours before departure and closes 40 minutes before flight departure.
