Arrival Transfers
After you've gone through Passport Control and collected your luggage please proceed through the arrivals gate. Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign with with your party's name on it.

In the unlikely event that you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call (+386) 41 291 800 where a representative will assist you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled, but if calling from a land line there is no need for the code)

Return Pick Up Confirmation
Your return transfer pick-up time should be confirmed between 24-48 Hours before departure (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). Please call (+386) 41 291 800 to confirm, office hours are 7-days a week from 08h30 till 18h30. If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfer by the Friday.
