Shuttle Transfers and Private Transfers
After collecting your luggage, please pass by the automatic door to the outside. There you will find our representative or the transfer driver with a sign with your name on it. In case you have any kind of difficulty finding the correct person, please contact us at our FS Group help desk or use the emergency number below to call us.They will collect all clients that have booked a shuttle service and escort you to the bus.

On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.

Return Confirmations
Please call (+351) 289 898 926, 24–48 hours before departure date to arrange your pick up time and location (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday.
