As you exit out of customs into the arrivals hall a driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name displayed on it.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call (+380) 50 5000166 where a representative will help you. (Please only use a landline for this as the number will not work from an overseas mobile.)

Please call +(380) 44 4920618 or (+380) 50 5000166, 24–48 hours in advance of departure date to arrange your pick up time and location (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday.
