Shuttle Transfers
Once you have collected your luggage a representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign board displaying your name. They will collect all clients that have booked a shuttle service and escort you to the bus.
Private Taxi Transfers
If you have booked a private transfer you will always be met by a driver who has a sign with your name clearly displayed.
On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.
In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call 0030 6944 312 032 where a representative will assist you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)
Return Confirmations
Please call 0030 25 930 22357/23224, 24–48 hours before departure date to arrange your pick up time and location (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday.
