Shuttle Transfers and Private Transfers
Upon clearing Immigration and Customs, please proceed to the Tropical Tours booth, (booth #11) located in the Transportation Hall. Please present your booking confirmation to the representative who will arrange your transfer.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) where a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Return Confirmations
Please call the local representative on 952-0400/6404/1126 (advised below), 24-48 hours in advance of departure date to arrange your pick up time and location (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday.

To ensure that you get the correct vehicle please ensure your driver is aware of your name before you show him your booking confirmation.
