Shuttle Transfers
On arrival please look out for a representative which will be displaying a sign with your name on it. This representative will be at the entrance of the arrivals hall and will provide you with details of your shuttle bus.

Private Transfers
When a private transfer is booked please always look for a representative displaying a sign with your name on it. This representative will be at the entrance of the arrivals hall and will provide your taxi number.

On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) where a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)
