Shuttle Transfers
IST Ataturk Airport International Arrivals: After exiting baggage reclaim area, please turn left and go to Euronet/Thrifty Office, which is easily located in arrivals hall, opposite Greenfields Cafe and present your booking confirmation to the sales representative.

IST Ataturk Airport Domestic Arrivals: After exiting baggage reclaim area, please turn right and go to Euronet/Thrifty office and present your booking confirmation to the sales representative.

IST Sabiha Gokcen Airport arrivals: Please look for your representative with sign displaying Euronet/Thrifty in the arrivals hall.

Private Taxi Transfers
IST Ataturk Airport and SAW Airport Arrivals: After baggage reclaim area, at the welcome point please look for your representative with a Euronet sign.

On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call (+90)212-4655479 where a representative will assist you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialing code must be dialed. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Return Confirmations
Call (+90)212-4655479, 24-48 hours before departure to arrange your pick up time and location (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday.
