Convoy Times - Very Important
Due to local regulations on travel it is important to note that transfers are limited to travelling in convoys and these only run during the daytime.
For clients arriving into Luxor after 16.30 (the latest transfer to depart the airport each day) the customer must overnight in Luxor at their own expense and their transfer will be the following morning.
Clients travelling from Hurghada who's flight departs from Luxor before 13.30 will have to travel to the airport the previous day (on the 17:30 transfer, which is the latest transfer to depart each day) and sleep in Luxor that night at their own expense.

Shuttle Transfers
Once you have collected your luggage a representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign board displaying Travco Travel/your name. They will collect all clients and assist them through customs and then escort them to the Travco Travel Bus.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure your have your booking confirmation with you.

Private Taxi Transfers
If you have booked a private transfer you will always be met by a representative who has a sign with your name clearly displayed.

On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (0020-122430919) where a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Return Confirmations
Return transfers should be confirmed 48 hours before departure (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday.

Visa assistance
Upon your arrival the representative will help you with the visa issue and fees at customs, this money is payable locally.
