Shuttle Transfers and Direct Transfers
For arrival transfers, after clearing immigration and customs formalities, clients are requested to contact the Airport Hotelink Shuttle Bus Service Counter at “B1” in the arrival hall.

Private Taxi Transfers
There are two airport exits “A” & “B”. After collecting your luggage at the baggage reclaim area use exit “A” (for carrousels 2-7) or exit “B” (for carrousels 8-13), please proceed straight ahead through the same exit, after passing through the customs formalities. The representative will meet you outside the exit holding a sign with your name on it.

In the unlikely event that you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call (852) 2336 6916 where a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled, but if calling from a land line there is no need for the code)

Return Pick Up Confirmation
Your return transfer pick-up time should be confirmed between 24-48 Hours before departure (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). Please call (852) 2336 6916 to confirm the time and location. Office hours are 7-days a week from 08:30 till 18:30. If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfer by the Friday.
