Shuttle Transfers and Direct Transfers
Once you have collected your luggage a representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign board displaying your name/Viajes Poseidon on it. They will collect all clients that have booked a shuttle service and escort you to the bus.
On departure, please wait outside the hotel/location reception until the driver arrives displaying a sign with Viajes Poseidon /your name on it.
Private Taxi Transfers
If you have booked a private transfer you will always be met by a driver who is holding a sign displaying your name/Viajes Poseidon.
On departure please wait outside the accommodation, until the driver arrives displaying a sign with Viajes Poseidon/your name on it.
In the unlikely event that you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call + 535 2806130 and a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled, but if calling from a land line there is no need for the code)
Return Pick Up Confirmation
Return transfer pick-up time should be confirmed between 24-48 Hours before departure (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfer by the Friday.
