After collecting your luggage, please pass by the automatic door to the outside. There you will find our representative, or the transfer driver, with a sign with your name on it. In case you have any kind of difficulty finding the correct person, please contact the agent on the emergency number below.

On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.

Return Confirmations
Please call the local representative on the number advised below, 24-48 hours in advance of departure date to arrange your pick up time and location (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday.
