Arrivals at Fort Lauderdale—Hollywood International Airport Arrivals:
1. Proceed outside baggage claim area (curbside)
2. Go to the GO Airport Shuttle Ground Transportation desk and a uniformed Go Airport Shuttle customer service representative will assist you.
3. Identify yourself to the agent, and he/she will coordinate the ride.

Arrivals at Miami International Airport: A driver will meet passengers in the baggage area, displaying a sign with your name on it.

In the unlikely event that you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call 1-800-244-8252 and a Go Airport Shuttle representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled, but if calling from a land line there is no need for the code)
