Shuttle Transfers
On arrival please go to Desk 21 & 22 where the representative will attend to your transfer check in.

Private Transfers
When a private transfer is booked please always look for a representative displaying a sign with your name on it. The representative will be at the entrance of the arrivals hall and will provide your taxi number. If you are having difficulty locating our representative please proceed to arrival counters 21/22 where you will be assisted.

On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) where a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Return Confirmations
Please call the local agent (number listed below) 24-48 hours prior to your departure date in order to confirm your pick-up time. Please note that this is COMPULSORY AND EXTREMELY IMPORTANT as this also confirms to the ground agent that you do need your departure transfer to the airport.
