Shuttle Transfers
Once you have collected your luggage please make your way to the reps desk in the arrival area where the representative will be waiting to direct you to your transfer vechicle.

Private Taxi Transfers
If you have booked a private transfer you will be met by a driver who has a sign with your name clearly displayed.

On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call 0034-672-257885 where a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Return Pick Up Confirmation
Return transfers must be confirmed the day before departure, unless your departure is on a Sunday or Monday, when the departure should be confirmed on Friday. Confirm your transfer by calling 0034-96 584 3460 between 09.30 and 17:00 (Monday-Friday)
