Shuttle Transfers
Once you have collected your luggage please proceed to the exit of the arrivals hall where you will find the a coach with the sign PERLA TOURS in the window.

Private Taxi Transfers
If you have booked a private transfer you will be met by a driver who has a sign with your name clearly displayed.

On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) where a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Return Confirmations
Return transfer pick-up time should be confirmed 24-48 Hours before departure (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfer by the Friday.
Please phone the local office between 09:30 and 13:30 to confirm your pick-up time.
