Once you have collected your luggage a representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall at the Lord Travel desk located directly opposite arrivals exit. Please have your flight tickets and booking confirmation ready so the local agent can check your return details.

On departure please wait outside the accommodation, until the driver arrives displaying a sign with the local agent name/your name on it.

In the unlikely event that you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) and a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled, but if calling from a land line there is no need for the code)

Return Confirmations
You will be advised of your departure transfer pick-up time by fax message to your accommodation, 24 hours prior to you departure time. If there are any discrepancies or queries in the information sent to you, please contact your transfer supplier on 26610 91890.
