Arrival Procedures: O’HARE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
Domestic Arrivals: Please proceed to DOOR 1E, 2D or 3F on the baggage claim level and present your booking confirmation to the agent at the Go Airport Express desk for transfer assistance and instructions.
International Arrivals: Please proceed to the van outside DOOR 1E, just outside customs and present your booking confirmation to the driver.

Arrival Procedures: MIDWAY AIRPORT
Please proceed to the Go Airport Express Ticket Desk near Door 3 on the lower level, across from baggage claim and present your booking confirmation to the agent at the desk for transfer assistance and instructions.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) where a representative will help you. (Please only use a landline for this as the number will not work from an overseas mobile.)
