Shuttle Transfers and Private Taxi Transfers
Once you have collected your luggage a Hola Tours representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall that holding a sign with your name on it. Please give them your booking confirmation, they will get you to your transportation and will give instructions to the driver. If your transportation is a shuttle you may have to wait for other passengers, if you have a private transfer, the airport representative will immediately get you your transportation to your hotel.

On departure please wait in the hotel / location reception (not in the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with either your name on it / Hola Tours on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport / destination.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver please call the agent's emergency number or office number as detailed below.

Return Confirmations
It is very important to call 24-48 hours in advance to confirm departure transfer and you will be informed of your transfer pick-up time. Please call 0052 (984) 206 3750.

All passengers needs to be at the airport 3 hours in advance for international flights by the Federal Mexican Laws. Please consider that your pick up time has to be set 4 hours in advance for those staying in Cancun and 5 hours in advance for those staying in Playa.
Our waiting time at the pick up is 10 minutes only, please check out of your hotel before pick up time in order to be ready before your transportation.
