Private Taxi Transfers
If you have booked a private transfer you will be met by a driver who is holding a sign with your name on it.
On departure please wait outside the hotel/location reception until the driver arrives displaying a sign with your name on it.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) where a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Return Confirmations
Departure details will be confirmed upon arrival. Please, note that return transfers should be reconfirmed 48 hours before departure (between 09:30 - 18:00) on the office phone number provided below.
The emergency phone line should not be used for return confiramtions. If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday.
