Shuttle Transfers
On arrival please look out for a representative who will be displaying an a2btransfers sign. This representative will be at the entrance of the arrivals hall and will provide you with details of your shuttle bus.

Private Transfers
When a private transfer is booked please always look for a representative displaying an a2btransfers sign. This representative will be at the entrance of the arrivals hall and will provide you with your taxi number.

On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the agent's emergency number (listed below) where a representative will help you. (If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Return Confirmations
Your return pick-up time needs to be confirmed by yourself between 24-48 hours before your departure. This can be done by ringing the local office on the number listed below.
It is important to check your voucher against your flight ticket to make sure the pick up time supplied is correct.
