Clients need to confirm the service by telephone 24-48 hours before the date of the service, using the phone number for the agent, listed below.

For Barcelona airport from Barcelona city centre, clients need to be collected at least 2.5 hours before the flight time. For services from Andorra to Barcelona airport, at least 6.5 hours before flight time. For services from Costa Brava/Costa Dorada to Barcelona airport, at least 5.5 hours before the flight time.
