Once you have collected your luggage please proceed to the Suntours Stand where a representative will be waiting to arrange your transfers for you.
Private Taxi Transfers
Once you have collected your luggage please proceed to the Suntours Stand where a representative will be waiting to arrange your transfers for you. On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.
In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the ground agent's emergency number (listed below) where a representative will help you.(If calling from a mobile, the international dialing code must be dialed. If calling from a land line there is no need.)
Return Confirmations
Please call the ground agent on number listed below 24-48 hours in advance of departure date to arrange your pick up time and location (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday
