On arrival please proceed to the Sarpedon Travel Desk number 2, located in Terminal and the rep will direct you to your transfer.

Private Transfers
On arrival please proceed to the Sarpedon Travel Desk number 2, located in Terminal and the rep will direct you to your transfer. On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the ground agent's emergency number (listed below) where a representative will help you.(If calling from a mobile, the international dialing code must be dialed. If calling from a landline there is no need.)

Return Confirmations
Your Return Pick Up time and transfer needs to be confirmed by yourself between 24-48 hours before your departure. This can be done by ringing the ground agent on the number listed below. Its important to check your voucher against your flight ticket to make sure the pick up time supplied is correct.
