Private Taxi Transfers and Shuttles
When a transfer has been booked you will always be met by a driver or Alp-Line rep in the main arrivals hall (as you have collected your bags and cleared the final customs you then enter the main public arrival area) with your name or Alp line on a sign clearly displayed. On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.
In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call 0033 450 743 842 where a representative will help you.(If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)
Return Confirmations
Return transfers should be confirmed 24 Hours before departure (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). Office hours are 08H30 – 20H00 CET, 7 days a week on (0033) 450 743 842. If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday. Please use contact details as specified below for the ground agent.
