Private Taxi Transfers
When a private transfer has been booked you will always be met in the arrivals hall by a driver who has an a2btransfers/Business & Leisure Travel sign with your name clearly displayed. If your flight is delayed, please call the emergency phone number to inform us. On departure please wait in the hotel/location reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination.

Shuttle Transfers
Once you have collected your luggage a representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign board displaying a2btransfers on it. They will collect all clients that have booked a shuttle service and escort you to the bus. On departure please wait outside the hotel/location reception until the driver arrives displaying a sign with A2Btransfers on it.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call the ground agent's emergency number on the voucher where a representative will help you.(If calling from a mobile, the international dialing code must be dialed. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Return Confirmations
Please call the ground agent on number listed below 24-48 hours in advance of departure date to arrange your pick up time and location (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday.
