Shuttle Transfers
Once you have collected your luggage a representative will be waiting in the arrivals hall near the Conference Desk with a sign board displaying a2btransfers/your name. They will collect all clients that have booked a shuttle service and escort you to the bus.

Private Taxi Transfers
If youve booked a private transfer you will always be met in the arrivals hall near the Conference Desk by a driver who has an a2btransfers sign with your name clearly displayed. On departure from a hotel please wait in the hotel reception (not on the street) until the driver arrives with a sign with your name on it. Thereby avoiding getting into a car that has not been booked for you and then being presented with a bill when you arrive at the airport/destination. When departing from apartments please wait in front of the building for your driver.

In the unlikely event you should have any difficulty in locating your designated driver - please call our the ground agent's emergency number (listed below) where a representative will help you.(If calling from a mobile, the international dialling code must be dialled. If calling from a land line there is no need.)

Return Confirmations
Please call the ground agent on the number listed below 24-48 hours in advance of departure date to arrange your pick up time and location (Please note that it is COMPULSORY and EXTREMELY important). If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfers by the Friday.
