Normally favoured by more advanced skiers, 7km up from Chamonix town is Argentiere. Home to the famous Le Grand Montets lift, the area offers some of the finest on and off piste skiing in the world.

Nestled in a valley near to the head of the Chamonix Valley, it is a small resort with various bars, restaurants and shops, and offers amazing scenery.
